Procedure of the Court
- Rule-Making: The Supreme Court can establish rules for its practice and procedures with the approval of the President.
- Constitutional Cases: Constitutional cases or references from the President under Article 143 are decided by a bench of at least five judges.
- Other Cases: All other cases can be decided by single judges or division benches.
- Judgement Delivery: Judgements are delivered in open court.
